First of all, after the manufacturer receives the customer's drawings, the parts are first divided, and then the processing technology is allocated to each set of molds for processing. After all the processes are completed, the finished product can be obtained. When designing the mold, the deformation compensation amount is determined according to the material, product structure, etc., and then the mold is designed according to the compensation amount to punch out the finished or semi-finished product, and finally the semi-finished product is processed into the finished product; the compensation variables are not well considered, which affects the dimensional accuracy of the product. If it is not considered well, it may be one of the bad reasons.

Undesirable phenomena also include cracks, wrinkles, strains, uneven thickness, incorrect molding dimensions, thread processing and other undesirable phenomena. The reason for the strong lines is that the bending groove (lower die groove) is small or the pressure is large; the adjusted method is to use a larger V groove for processing (the V groove size is 8 times the thickness of the plate is the best), and the pressure is large. If so, it can be appropriately reduced to reduce the crack phenomenon. The factor of the material itself is still being considered in an appropriate amount. The proportion is that the material itself contains too many impurities. Uneven thickness is also a kind of bad material itself.

The two phenomena of wrinkling, strain and poor molding size are the problems paid by the mold adjuster. Usually, the quality can be accompanied before the trial production during mold adjustment to avoid most of these problems to the greatest extent. Poor thread processing includes random threading, inconsistent size, and unqualified thread gauge inspection. The materials are mainly selected from copper, aluminum, low carbon steel and other processing tools with low deformation resistance, good plasticity and good ductility according to the requirements of use. As for the inspection specification, it should be formulated according to the product requirements. Design a special plug gauge or buy a standard size plug gauge of the national standard. Usually, the processing tools and the material of the bottom hole are selected, and the poor metal stamping process can be avoided by careful operation.
